No Refunds.
We do not offer refunds on any items. All wigs, and other customized units that are made specifically for the client cannot be resold. THEREFORE, THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
There are no refunds. We can provide a store credit, or replace the order from what you originally purchased. If you find a problem with your order, we will replace your order with the correct one, or provide store credit. No replacement /store credit will be made if any of the following has occurred:
YOU CUT THE LACE.
LACE HAS BEEN TORN OR RIPPED.
YOU PUT PRODUCT(S) ON THE HAIR.
YOU PUT CHEMICAL(S) ON THE HAIR.
YOU COLORED THE HAIR.
YOU ATTEMPTED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM YOURSELF.
YOU ATTEMPTED TO CUT OR STYLE THE HAIR.
YOU PERMED HAIR.
YOU PUT ADHESIVE OR TAPE ON LACE.
YOU WORE THE WIG OR HAIR.
YOU DESTROYED THE HAIR.
Please do not send your purchase back to the company.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, US or International holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays, and weekends do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust our carriers to deliver your package on time If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
Replacement/Store Credit: (if applicable) To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must contact our company as to what the problem is, send a picture(s) and/or video of your item to info@hairshewear.com no later than 30 days of purchase. We will respond within 24- 48 hours with our response of approval or not.
